- A - Anchoring points for chain, could
be floor rings or bars on cage, anything to run the chain between.
B - The main chain, central to the whole scenario.
C - This chain connects the hair at "H" to the main
chain "B" via a hook "G".
D - Handcuffs chained and padlocked with "E" to the
main chain "B".
E - The chain connecting the handcuffs "D" to the ankle
cuffs "F" and also both to the main chain "B"
in between the two.
F - Ankle cuffs connect to the main chain "B" in a
similar fashion to the handcuffs "D".
G - A hook on the end of the chain "C", this is fed
through the hair before the tie at the end of the braid.
H - A braid in your hair with a ribbon the same colour as your
dress braided in with it.
I - A leotard and tutu or ballet dress, preferably in pink.
J - Ballet shoes.
K - All the make up that you need, on face as well as other areas
such as nail polish etc.

- Method.
First of all, prepare the scene and sort all the equipment to
be used.
There is no release method on the picture, use your imagination,
the simplest would be an ice or clock release that dropped all
the padlock keys near to the hands.
Attach the main chain "B" to the anchoring points "A".
Get changed, put on the dress "I" and shoes "J",
braid a ribbon into your hair "H" and sort out your
make up "K".
Kneel over the main chain "B", one leg either side,
make sure everything you need is close by.
Attach chain "C" to your hair using the hook "G",
then lock the chain "C" to th emain chain "B".
Put on the ankle cuffs "F" Padlock the chain from the
cuffs "E" to the main chain.
Attach the chain "E" to the handcuffs.
Put on the handcuffs "D".
