Muck & Maggots - A real messy one!
Bodytied facedown, with feet anchored. Fitted with a ballgag and tube to drink through.
Rewards are based on emptying the bowl of water infront of you using the ballgag straw to drink (but it's next to impossible to drink without closing your mouth). They work by as the water level drops the cork with make an electrical contact as it drops.
The two rewards I though of were vibrating nipple clamps and a vibrator on the clit, these can be made possbile but it would be a challenge so the victim would have to decided which one she wanted the most.
The hidden thing would be the bucket of maggots/gunk above the head which is only kept safe by holding a piece of string in the fingers. What would make it more challenging is the fact of the release mechanisum will be dripping cold water onto the hands making them numb. If released too early you can still earn the rewards but you have to drink the water with maggots and gunk in as well as all over you. Yuck!
Another plus side is that you have to trigger the release mechanisum to free your hands in order to escape so the maggots are gonna end up getting you sooner or later anyway.
